So I’m just a few days in, but i can certainly feel the tingling they all talked about. I know that my skin is sensitive so I’m slowly acclamating my body to the product. You are supposed to take one in the daytime and one at night but I’m doing just one a day, eventually two. So far I am seeing gradual changes, but it’s too soon to tell if it’s really doing what the bottle says it’ll do. I’m excited to be on my hair journey though and i know Mirage is too ( my hair)

Do a lot of you travel with the view to moving? I feel like that’s one main reason why I want to travel so much. I’d like to eventually move and I feel like traveling gives me a good idea of the different areas. The places I have my sights set on are North and South Carolina and Florida. I want to learn all there is to learn about them. I don’t want to know what tourists know, I want to be there as if I were living there. Maybe you’ve had the same feelings as me. Sooo what I’m going to do is gather up some info and make a list of things you’d want to know if you’re traveling with the view to moving. Stay tuned
Ok so I’ve been seeing sooooo many posts about people who have transitioned from relaxed hair to natural. Now I find that there is beauty in both and in all honesty if taken care of you can grow both. There are a lot of things people say about relaxed hair that isn’t true and a lot they say about natural hair that isn’t true. My case and point, beauty is in the eye of the beholder. So my new hair journey is at a cross road. I am trying to decide whether to go curly or stay straight. Either way it will be an adventure and I love adventure. Let me know your opinions. What do you think about natural vs. Relaxed? What do you enjoy seeing more?
Stay shining lovelies
Heeeey lovelies. Just some late night thoughts here on the eastern shore of the USA. Have you ever wondered what would happen if the world blacked out and technology didn’t function for a day? Do you think it’d be a challenge for you to go all day without texting, emailing, pinning, or posting? How about we test that.
Pick a day, any day you’d like and just unplug. Instead of picking up your phone, pick up a book. Instead of surfing the web, go outside. Experience one day without technology and see if you come back feeling refreshed. I can almost guarantee the majority of you will. The others may freak out before the day is up, either way, you’ll learn a lot about yourself in just those 24 hours. Can you have fun by yourself? Can you unplug for one day? Let’s see.
Let me know if any of you accept the challenge. Goodnight lovelies. Stay shining! 🙂 and remember…
A Jazzy a day keeps the sadness away
So I’ve been working on building a brand new lifestyle for myself. A healthier happier one and I must say, I’m enjoying it quite a bit. If you take things one at a time you accomplish much, but if you try to change all at once, you accomplish very little, not to mention the unnecessary stress.
To everyone who reads this: if there’s something in your life you want to change, here’s a few tips for you.
- Write it down- Goals mean nothing if they’re just in your head because they can easily be forgotten. Get it on paper and put it where you can see it
- Make a list- How do you want to reach your goal? Make steps to get there. Make a schedule
- Be reasonable- They say it takes about 20 days to start a new habit, some more some less. All that to say, don’t beat yourself up about it if it’s taking longer than you think it should. Everyone is different.
- Tell others- It’s always good to have that support. If you can find a buddy to do it with, that’ll make attaining your goal much easier.
- Visualize your success- If YOU can see it then you’ll believe it, and it will happen. Visualize the new happier you.
It takes effort to build a better lifestyle for yourself but think of it this way. Two months is still going to go by whether you do this or you don’t so when you look back at the beginning, what would you rather say? ” I did it” or “I should’ve done it” ? Let that motivate you to accomplish all your goals, big or small.
Have a beautiful day lovelies. Stay shining.
Been experimenting with hair vitamins and this is the next one I’m going to try. I actually placed my order last night. I’ll keep you posted on my results.
I know a lot of you guys like different topics, so I’ll try to cover a variety but for this month it’s all about hair! I’ve been on this hair journey trying to figure out what in the world will make my hair grow longer, stronger, and healthier. People’s first inclination would be to say go natural but that’s not always the answer. So I’m determined to find out what products work for my hair, what will fix you from the inside out. Let me know if you all have any suggestions.
